K6P Full steam ahead!

3/22 Dipole Deployment
On Sunday the K6P antennas were put together and tested along with the Icom 706 Radios. 2 40 Meter dipoles, 1 for SSB and 1 for CW, and 1 20 Meter dipole for SSB. We made some contacts on them and then packed them up for quick deployment on April 25th. Stay tuned for more!

Fire Station 1


Members met to prepare for the 40 Meter SSB and 2 Meter FM Antenna and Radio sites on Saturday March 14th.( The other Radio Site will be at Walnut Park and will support 20 Meter SSB and 40 Meter CW). Photos by Joe Parker AB6JP and Rick Sealock N6RXA.

Antenna Prep!

Station Details
If all goes well our plan is to operate Two stations simaltaniously . Our station at Petaluma Fire Station 1 will support 40 Meter SSB and 2 Meter FM. Our station at Walnut Park will support 20 Meter SSB and 40 Meter CW. Our Targeted Frequencies will be as follows:
